Welcome to TrivoTours. By using our website, apps, or services—including browsing, booking, or account creation—you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you disagree with any part, please refrain from further use.

Definitions

In this document, “You” or “User” refers to anyone accessing the TrivoTours platform or booking our services. “Booking” refers to any confirmed reservation or purchase. “Supplier” means the third-party vendor (hotel, airline, guide, etc.) providing the service. “Platform” covers all channels—website, mobile app, social media, or partner portals—where TrivoTours operates.

Part A: Single Experience Bookings

If you book an individual activity (e.g. day tours, treks, sightseeing), your contract is formed once full payment is received and you receive a confirmation voucher. The details in the confirmation, along with these terms, govern the booking.

Part B: Tour Packages

Package bookings—which may include flights, hotels, visas, and multiple activities—are governed by the final quote provided by TrivoTours. This quote becomes binding once payment is made. Only the services explicitly listed are included, regardless of verbal commitments or earlier communications.

Booking Requirements & Eligibility

Users must be at least 18 years of age or have parental consent. Booking for others implies you accept responsibility for their compliance with these terms. Accurate personal, contact, and travel information is required. Failure to provide valid details may result in service denial without refund.

Payments & Pricing

Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and may change based on availability or taxes. Payments can be made via valid debit/credit cards, UPI, net banking, or other approved channels. Partial payments (deposits) and full payment options are outlined in your booking confirmation.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations must be requested via email. Refunds follow these general rules:

  • Cancellation ≥30 days before: 90% refund
  • 15–29 days before: 50% refund
  • Less than 15 days or no-shows: no refund

Special non-refundable deals and third-party charges may apply differently. TrivoTours may cancel bookings for safety or operational reasons, offering a full refund or alternative options.

Rescheduling

Requests to change dates must be made at least 10 days prior to departure. Rescheduling is subject to availability and may involve a fee or fare difference adjustment.

Health & Insurance

Travellers must ensure they are physically fit for chosen activities. TrivoTours does not include insurance; users are strongly advised to arrange their own coverage for health, accidents, cancellations, or travel disruptions.

User Conduct

All travellers must behave respectfully, follow local laws and travel guidelines, and heed instructions from guides or local staff. Disruptive behavior may lead to dismissal from the activity, without refund or liability.

Liability & Disclaimer

TrivoTours acts as an intermediary and is not responsible for the acts or omissions of third-party providers. We are not liable for injuries, losses, delays, or damage resulting from third-party services, weather, natural events, strikes, or unforeseen circumstances.

Changes to Itinerary

Itineraries and schedules may be adjusted for operational, safety, or weather-related issues. We’ll inform you promptly and offer alternatives, but such changes do not entitle you to refunds.

Force Majeure

TrivoTours is not liable for disruptions caused by events beyond control—natural disasters, pandemics, political unrest, etc. In such cases, we will attempt to offer rescheduling or credit, but refunds may depend on supplier policies.

Intellectual Property

All text, images, logos, software, and materials on the Platform are TrivoTours’s property. Reproduction or use without permission is prohibited and may result in legal action under Indian copyright laws.

Data Protection

We strive to protect your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and store your data. By booking or using our platform, you consent to our practices as stated.

Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from or relating to use of TrivoTours or these terms will be subject to the laws of India. Disputes will be resolved by courts in [Your City]. Users agree to first seek amicable resolution through customer support before pursuing legal action.

Amendments

TrivoTours may update these terms at any time. The revised Terms & Conditions will be posted online with a new effective date. Continued use of the Platform constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
