The refund and cancellation policy outlines how you can cancel or seek a refund for service that you have purchased through this Platform:

Scope and Applicability

This policy outlines the terms and conditions for the cancellation of bookings and the processing of refunds for all tour packages, local experiences, and related services purchased through the TrivoTours website (https://trivotours.com/) or directly via our agents. By booking any service with TrivoTours, you agree to be bound by this policy.

Cancellation by the Customer

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to TrivoTours via email at support@trivotours.com. The cancellation date will be the date we receive the written request.

Cancellation Fees and Refund Schedule (Per Person)

  • 15 Days or More: 0% of total package cost
  • 7 to 14 Days: 25% of the total package cost
  • Less than 7 Days (or No-Show): 100% of the total package cost (No Refund)

Cancellation by TrivoTours

TrivoTours reserves the right to cancel any tour prior to departure for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Force Majeure: Unforeseen circumstances outside our control (e.g., natural disasters, wars, political instability, border closures, pandemics, severe weather).
  • Low Enrollment: If a minimum number of participants required to operate the tour is not met.

In the event of cancellation by TrivoTours:

  • Force Majeure: TrivoTours will offer a travel credit for a future tour or a refund of funds paid, minus any non-recoverable third-party costs.
  • Low Enrollment or Other Operational Reasons: Customers will receive a full refund of all payments made to TrivoTours.

Refund Processing

Timeframe: Approved refunds will be processed & credited within 15 to 30 business days from the date the cancellation is confirmed.

Method: Refunds will be returned to the original payment method used for the booking.
